與「潛意識」溝通?

3. Release hidden 'creativity' and 'intuition'
The logical brain (conscious mind) is good at analyzing known data, but the subconscious is like an infinite database of details and inspirations you experience.
Many artists and scientists have been inspired by the flash of the subconscious mind during relaxation, such as Einstein's theory of relativity.
Decision intuition: Through communication, you can more keenly capture that "this is not right" or "this is what I want" intuitive response.
4. Stop internal friction and reach "inner consensus"
Internal conflict: The subconscious wants to lose weight, but the subconscious feels "it is safe to eat." This kind of pulling is internal friction, making you feel extremely tired.
Consistent: When the two goals are aligned, you enter a state of "flow" and do things effortlessly.
Communicating with the subconscious is not about "controlling" it, but about "reconciling with oneself." Life will become much more successful when you stop fighting against your inner strength.
